Flat Rock Community High School. The place that has taught me the most so far. It has built me up and torn me down, been the platform of many
friendships, and a place I'll never forget.
friendships, and a place I'll never forget.
A hall, I've walked through this hallways 8+ times everyday, 5 days
a week, for almost 4 years now. Ram statue. I walk past it everyday as I walk into school.
The flag pole, I pass it everyday as I walk into school and everyday as
I leave school. The entry rugs. Everyday as I walk into school I walk on these rugs.
The football field. For the past two years, I've made it to every
Friday night football game. Rams painting. I spend so much time in the gym and I always look at
the paintings on the wall of our school and the schools in our league. My locker. I don't go to my locker anymore, since it's
at the very end of B hall. |
This is the section of the bleachers where the student section sits,
and where my friends and I would be every Friday night. The school parking lot, I've been driving for almost 2 years now, and
drive to school everyday. The ram pride sign outside of the gym doors. When I played basketball,
as we were going into the gym, we'd all high-five the ram for good luck. The track. Every year, at the beginning of soccer season, when there's still snow on the ground, we have to run laps at the track.
Every girls and boys varsity basketball game, they play the national
anthem, and we all stand up to face the huge flag hanging in the gym. Ms. Mose's room. I've had Mose every semester since I've started high school (except this one which made me very mad, but I still go and
see her everyday), and she's my favorite teacher. The basketball court. I played basketball for 2 years, and quit my junior year. I stopped playing because of the coaching, but I still love basketball.
